Insurance Networks

For Singapore citizens and PRs, most ENT procedures, including nasoendoscopy (“the nose scope”), are claimable under your Medisave and personal insurance shield plan policies. The exact billing depends on the complexity of the procedure and your insurance panel. We also see patients with corporate insurance. Rest assured, our fees are always fair and fall within our Ministry of Health benchmarks.

The nasoendoscopy is counted as day surgery (SM700N table 1A). Therefore patients may use their hospitalisation plans under their personal shield plan insurance to cover the cost of the “nose scope” in clinic and associated investigations. This means that after the bill is paid in clinic, we will e-file the costs for you online. Once approved by your insurer and/or Medisave, we will reimburse you.

You do not need to be admitted to hospital for the nasoendoscopy as such procedures may be e-filed through our Medisave-accredited clinic. Please note that e-filing does not apply to patients using corporate insurance.
