Our approach starts with listening carefully and understanding what you need. From your first appointment through to treatment or follow-up care, Dr Annabelle and the ENTcare team aim to make sure you feel informed and supported.
ENT concerns can affect more than one part of everyday life, from how well you hear and communicate to how comfortably you breathe or sleep.
At ENTcare Clinic, Dr Annabelle takes time to understand the problem before discussing treatment, with conservative options considered where appropriate and surgery recommended when clinically indicated.

DOHNS, MRCS (England), FRCS ORL-HNS (England)
Dr Annabelle Leong is a senior consultant ENT surgeon with more than 25 years of experience across the United Kingdom, Canada and Singapore. She cares for adults and children, with particular clinical interests in ear and hearing disorders, dizziness and balance conditions, and paediatric ENT.
Known for being a patient and attentive listener, Dr Annabelle takes a sensible, holistic approach to care. Her warm manner and sense of humour also help put patients at ease, particularly when a clinic visit may feel unfamiliar or stressful.
A clinic visit should feel approachable from the moment you arrive. Dr Annabelle works alongside a dedicated team who aim to make each visit welcoming, organised and comfortable.
ENTcare Clinic provides a spacious, comfortable environment for adults, children and families. With paediatric ENT care forming part of the clinic’s practice, the team is accustomed to seeing younger patients and understands that an unfamiliar medical setting can sometimes feel daunting.
The ENTcare team supports patients with appointments, investigations and follow-up care and practical questions before or after a visit. For patients using insurance or MediSave, the team can clarify requirements, coordinate documentation and assist with e-filing where applicable.
In-house facilities include a dedicated soundproof hearing booth and equipment for endoscopic and other specialised ENT assessments, allowing relevant investigations to be carried out conveniently within the same clinical setting.
ENT concerns can look different at different ages. A young child who cannot explain why they are struggling to hear may need a different approach from an adult experiencing changes in hearing, balance, breathing or sleep.
ENTcare provides care for both adults and children, with examinations and discussions adapted where appropriate to the patient’s age and level of comfort.
